Regarding CMO BLA Section, it is my understanding that Samsung Biologics experience and resources will mitigate a good deal of those expenses, saving time, energy, and money. Any clarification and/or correction is welcome.

The two main sellers have their orders executed as an iceberg. Only selling small bits at a time and when they sell whatever amount of shares they have elected to do, they go back in the Q. I see what they are doing here. Very few can make any money here selling under .50c, it's Paulson and Note.
