Here is where your comprehension goes awry - While the above was happening the earth's temperature was cooling - so how does that happen? The sun is responsible for almost all the energy on earth both direct and indirect. So for the past 35 years and especially since the last 20 years the temperature has been rising (you do not seem to comprehend this fact) so this proves that the sun is not the main control of the temperature the past 35 years. Other factors are causing the temperature to rise and this has not happened when the sun has cooled - get it?
