Actually that's not true haha. it's a pipe relationship man. We own shares in UCPA which owns shares in LPI....Sure we can't elect to do anythign with UCPA's LPI stake as we aren't majority owners in UCPA. the passthrough exists though

NOBODY HERE OWN ANY SHARE IN LPI BUT WE OWN SHARE IN UCPA THAT QUALIFY FOR LPI DIVIDEND . MAKE NO MISTAKE: WHEN USPA GET THE DIVIDEND THEN WE ARE ENTIRELY TO GET EQUALLY SHARE CASH PAYOUT FROM LPI.
