Seems the small accounting firm of Morison Cogen LLP performed SOME services for LWLG last year but I can't find where they signed off on a full GAAP audit. Do you have a link to that key element? Lack of an full audit is a lot more than a "technical" criteria.

Is that firm PCAOB registered?

I always start my research with the auditor.
