There's a wide variety of reasons for any OTC funders to remain confidential if/when they're agreeing to purchase Restricted 144 Stock on 1 OTC Company while demanding deeply discounted free trading shares on other OTC Companies, and it's mainly so they don't have to explain to other less favorably positioned OTC Companies they're in the process of negotiating with why they're willing to give 1 company premium priced financing for Restricted Stock only that can't be sold for several months, while they're demanding far different terms with the less favorably positioned companies...but all companies aren't positioned equally and that's just what happens whenever any PubCo's eliminate all the aged convertible debt off their fully audited balance sheet ie: They immediately become far more attractive to financiers who will gladly offer them far friendlier terms than the over-whelming majority of other OTC companies out there cheers!
