The reason is they can't show the mineral rights valuation without sec approved geological study, without the correct study you are not permitted to book the asset. That asset will show up on the audited financials
The audit is happening, I know the email I received is legit with the audit partner confirming the audit. Also Shinewing and the partner would not let an OTC company to continue to use their name in filings and prs if they were not engaged. Plus company has nothing to gain by continued statements regarding the audit
