It's not unusual,everyone who files an offensive pleading asks for Attorney's fees.....most defensive pleadings too if they think they have a shot.

The worst thing that can happen is you get denied, so why not ask?

Remember that Alice claim is similar to the employee claims, she has to win first or otherwise she won't get a penny for her attorney fees. If she wins which I think it is unlikely, the underwriters will be kicked out of class 19, which will save us money in case that more than 10B will be returned.

I think that Alice ultimate goal is to open the other Pandora box which is why we may get near zero if it is the case.

Now the only thing I worry about is if escrow will get a decent 5-15B but not hundreds of billions like Alice thinks then she can tie up everything with her litigation for the phantom money.
