The dividend from LPI payout not from the UCPA. Technically they don't have the authority or the power to keep for themself without damn good reason why they need to keep it.
Keep in mind UCPA already have over 5 million cash on hand plus a lot more to be added on their book. Unless they use the cash to acquire more companies or retired the share count other than that I see no point of leaving way too much cash flowing around for nothing. On top of that all these guys are part of the company shareholder just like everyone else they're working hard to get pay not saving cash in the company for what?
Unlike you and I their portion dividends in multi millions of dollars therefore, I don't see any reason they will turn it down.
