Keep in mind we are the shareholder and we will get the dividend. The dividends payout by LPI not by ucpa. Therefore, UCPA don't have the power to keep it. Beside at the end of the day these guys want to get pay as well. They are the one holding 76% that not a small chump change for the insider. After all ucpa don't need cash on hand they already fully loaded with 5 million and more coming to their book. This is so sweet because we all equally get our dividend share.
