I love the way you calculate. However, I think the realistic number will be 100M divide by 67 agencies = $1,492,537 ucpa have 7 agencies = $10,447,759 divide by o/s = .00645 per share. 100 million is the lowend. I really think the number should be much higher than that. Assume it's double then the dividend is .01295 per share. With this money I will be very happy camper. The dividend is payout each year so this is like residual income all year long. Furthermore the dividend will increasing ucpa market value a min ten fold. Heck! At that point I Don't give a squat about the pps up or down at all.
