I’m sure Tep has money in some offshore account with John Kirkland. That’s a joke but he probably does. Yes he has the money. He always did have the money. This is all greed. Just read Kazado’s Financing Standby agreement. The BK and the works is all mentioned in there. Kazado will get his piece of Vector soon. The only
way he could get out of this deal and get what he wanted ( without liability or being sued ) was by going into BK and providing support when it’s called for. Some might say he is possibly the white knight. Any ways. That’s just one more conspiracy theory I have. I have a few. All lead to the same thing. There are a number of different ways this can go. I still believe we’re getting something more out of this Vector deal. Cheers

They're only putting up 2.25 million cash and then another 250k later so yes they have that amount. I think he was required to have a check in hand at last Fridays hearing and he was definitely hoping to get the deal done then. He would pay alot more if he needed to just really sucks he's the only offer. It would be great if someone else came long and bid it up. Teper would be pissed lol.

If this bk didnt happen we would have gone back to 20 cents once the bert deal was completed and I could have taken early retirement. John. Kirkland hurt alot of people with his greed.
