Sorry I missed your posts on it. GERN looked awfully overbought to me when I entered the shorts for a quick buck.
Turned on the computer late last night to find that GERN had blown through my stops and I'm $2 underwater. At least it gave me time to think. I can't cry over spilt milk so the big question is, what now?
I'm thinking pretty volatile for a few days and settle in with new resistance around 12.00 and support between 10.00 and 11.00 I'll hold my shorts with a stop above last nights' highs and may even add to it. I'm pretty positive that this thing will revisit 11.00 at least. No reason to close the position now.
Just wanted to thank you for sharing your knowledge of and experiences with GERN. I also wanted to bring up a similar stock I had mentioned to you before (Pluristem or PLRS.OB). I believe an opportunity for a multi-bagger lies within, but we'll just have to wait and see. I have been following them for a little while now and I like there story so I decided to establish a position about a week or so ago when the BBands started to pinch.
I know you have been preoccupied with GERN and all the surrounding news, but you might want to keep these guys on your radar as another stem cell play. Whether they garner the recognition that GERN has is yet to be seen... http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/030708/fltu007_1.html
