So you are going to go by an outdated automated website that they have not yet updated over the SEC filings and court dockets? Really? Ok suit yourself. I tend to use the most up to date available information and from authoritative sources myself, tends to lead to better decisions.
Sears is not dead its run and owned by Transform Holdco now. Sears Holding is SHLDQ but it no longer has the Sears assets is that clear yet? Its an empty shell doing a wind down with no remaining value at the end.
Institutions basically have no positions at all anymore. $50M shares dumped from October onward.
I can just see a future post from any number of people on here claiming fraud and the website said this and Eddie said this and so on. Its all superseded by newer information.
