The post you responded to was dated 03/01/2018. If the share price on 03/01/2018 is multiplied by 1,000 (size of the R/S) in real terms, $TXHD is still the same price today (04/04/2019) as it was at that time (exclude the 100 share paint job EOD).
Recall $TXHD's post-split low was $0.07. $TXHD is heading there if the share structure remains as is, and likely to somewhere between $0.046 and $0.024.
