Well it's 100% gonna hit the wires, 4 yrs is a lot & an extremely rare situation for OTC Markets to deal with.. so it will be worked out, like I said, just that OTC hasn't seen something like this.

**If anyone has an example of a RICO winner being given fast-track status to QB, I'd like to know or anything remotely similar to this, I would like to know.**
