That's the offer from Vector which will close unless someone bids more. Other parties have until April 22nd to make a higher bid. But in the filings there was only one other party who had previously made an offer and they retracted it last year when they were bought by a private equity fund. That's when Vector then became the buyer in November as they had been in second place before that. So I doubt they will get any other offers, but it would be great if so. This is all going to all come down to what they can get for Bertilimumab.
