OPTT is a dangerous short with the low float and with the new offering and huge volume most of the offering could get absorbed today. It should be a good play for days to come up and down. $16.00 was a good short IMO I did not expect it to stay over $16.00 today with the offering. Today was over 100% gains on the first pre market run from mid $7's to over $16.00. Watching for a second play either today or tomorrow.
