I don't see how SLJB could be trading on the DIFX, unless they merged with another company. Here are some requirements, off, the DIFX website:
Requirements for Listing The DIFX is setting minimum basic requirements that must be met by all companies applying to list their securities on the exchange. To list on the DIFX, a company must provide: Accurate financial statements and audit reports for three consecutive years Evidence of good corporate governance Accurate corporate information in a timely manner to everyone at the same time
There are three main requirements and we don't meet any of them...the last one especially ! :-)
