Everyone who has invested here has a bit of greed at work. It's inevitable. Money is why one invests. I can most certainly tell you right at this given moment that it's certainly not for one's mental health...LOL

texasjerry, is it really greed if you want to make a better life for your children and that you could actually pay off bank loans that make the monthly bill writing task a nightmare. No, that is not greed. Guess I am really tired of so many that focus on calling the fact that you are trying to make a better life somehow greedy. Just isn't so.
