The facts are very clear - the Equity will be cancelled. Read the 10th and 11th Monitor's Reports.
Those that have posted thousands of time are ignoring the US Bankruptcy laws.
If the secured creditors are impaired - then the equity holders are impaired/cancelled.
The unsecured shareholders are wiped out that is why they and the shareholders don't vote - the Court assumes both will vote against the plan because they both will be wiped out.
