Too bad that both the US and Canadian companies have both been liquidated. There is nothing to survive.
The equity of the wholly-owned Canadian subsidiaries will be cancelled in the CCAA, and the equity of BioAmber Inc. represented by the common shares of BIOAQ will be cancelled by the US Bankruptcy Court.
There is zero chance the common shares are "safe". They are doomed.
