If your board is about Ford Motor Company, a post about a pharmaceutical company is considered Off Topic. This does not apply to industry or trading comparisons/discussion. For example, someone comparing a stock run to a similar run on another stock is fine. The goal is to remove clear, egregious promotion of other stocks.
