You are simply speculating that he is diluting us straight to the core of the earth. If you can prove to me Blue Citi has been selling the shares issued, then maybe I would believe your posts. You can't prove that to me. Sorry, it's still speculation. See above for definition.
As for SEC registration, I can't stop laughing..... you all call Jason a crook and a weasel and yet he just put himself closer to the law. That's like a bank robber choosing to rent a home that's right next door to a police station.
Honestly, tell me why, if this was simply going to go down the tubes like you all are claiming, would Jason in his right mind want to SEC register? He would have been a heck of a lot safer if he didn't. Not registering is what a SHADY CEO would have done. He would have RS this several times over and diluted a ton more. He would have not filed any quarterly reports. And yet Jason didn't go that route. He's moving forward. Nothing anyone here can say to discredit those motives.
