A friend last night said, "No way, snails are too tough for me." Then i learned from tv later there was a snail pattie.
Bottom line our present per capita consumption of beef - we made a start on a beautifully home-barbecued slab of it last night - is too costly in land use to be sustainable at the same level in the long run.
