i didn't see any information on the warrants in the intro. maybe one of you moderators could put the WINRW info in the intro. the terms are 1 share WINRW gives the holder the right to buy 1 share of WINR at $4 with a May 22, 2024 expiration date.
The original strike was $11.50 but the WINR Board of Directors approved an amendment to reduce the strike price to $4. Management has said that at the annual shareholders meeting in May the board will designate a date for shareholder vote on the amendment. Of course shareholders will approve it, in which case, it seems the warrants are greatly UNDERVALUED if a $4 strike good till 2024. WINRW closed at .10 on friday!
