If you feel that strongly about Petar, then perhaps you should have tried to contact him.
From what has been posted from those who have spoken with him, it may be an "eye opening" experience, especially if you are the type who is pretty good in evaluating people.
Not many will argue with you that SLJB communication could have been better the last 2 months; however the fact is :
1) SLJB is still a pinkie now;
2) SLJB will release their A/F's tomorrow as stated;
3) Release of A/F's will start the SLJB transformation from a pinkie into something more valuable;
2 big factors lost on most people who are disappointed so far.....
1) The delay of the A/F's are not Petar's fault ( even though he may have spoken prematurely in the past );
2) You cannot hold SLJB and Petar to the same standards and expectations as you would Microsoft.
Petar is not groomed to be a CEO.....most likely never wanted to be a CEO, and, has tried to grow into the position while trying to grasp control of an everchanging entity....with the added pressure of the A/F's on top of it all .
Trying to learn the ropes of a CEO while handling all the A/F pressure, plus negotiating new business deals, building new real estate ventures, new acquisitions, and coordinating all that is going on from 5 countries......
Try and do that while you are learning on the job.
So, my advice.....if you came to SLJB...did some DD and found something to believe in......take one more step before posting any more " I say what I feel "....and call Petar.
IMO....just might be a "life changing experience" .
Note....we have all shared your same feelings at one point or another through various stages of frustration.....but, the moment is at hand.....
