So you're saying Internal Hydro, being such a free-thinker, is bucking industry practices and ensuring all wording is past tense to the third quarter?
10QSB's routinely put in recent information. The numbers need to be cut off at the end of the quarter but recent events and even forward-looking statements are certainly acceptable for inclusion to the 10QSB.
You're saying Mr. Huffman, who would put out a press release if he had a good bowel movement, decided it wasn't worthwhile to announce they had received the first monies ever by getting the payment from Kingswell and, in addition, he decides to make sure the 10QSB doesn't give any clue to the payment? Why would you guess he would do this? (That's a rhetorical question. Don't ask me to contact the company.)
When I called Kingswell in August and they said they were doing due diligence, you said I was wrong--that you called Mr. Huffman and it was a done deal. That doesn't appear to be the case now, does it? (That's another rhetorical question. Don't ask me to contact the company.)
