What he did isn't even debatable. He said it and pushed it. He totally contradicted himself as well. He's also acting dumb because he knows the dd already.. It was a self serving move on his part and yes look at the timing ... The only thing we can do about it is counter the narrative with the truth and make sure most of the board is aware of it..
