That’s simply an assumption of what they meant at best and nowhere near what they actually said. It’s easy to look up and read. What they DID say was that they didn’t “anticipate” value “from the ccaa” and allegedly contacting finra about that lol. I’m not saying this means shares are safe for sure, but I’m also not just making things up that fits my agenda . Very simply there could easily be value outside of the ccaa and finds could have been notified if anything that pwc felt like notifying them about. Before I get a reply disputing what it COULD mean, let’s instead merely focus on the absolute falsity of the allegation made that they Said shares would be cancelled and they they contacted finra about said cancellation of shares. Opinion, hopes, and dreams are all valid. A completely false allegation without adding “in my interpretation” should most definitely be against TOS.
