There is no documentation on founders stock given to Dr Missleading, but it if true it explains why the company appears to be all about him making money,

I dont see that person warning stock holders and showing how a stock is being manipulated can be called a manipulator. It is not like he is on multiple boards promoting or bashing stocks every day.
