why would a company on the brink of profitability dilute the stock..... this is a scare tactic 10000%

I can't figure out why dilution would start now, especially with none from 0.0017 up til now. Just doesn't match what I have seen so far.

Also, since I bought in last summer I have seen accomplishment after accomplishment set and hit.

But, you make your own decisions, I am no expert.
