You read the filings!! When Garnock paid of all the notes it was established that there would be no reverse split without his consent. This is in the 13d which came well after the 14c. Garnocks last investment has increased 63 million, he is not an idiot, and is damn sure not here to lose money!

Until the Note and all interest thereon are paid in full, the Company shall not effectuate any stock combination, reverse stock split or other similar transaction (or make any public announcement or disclosure with respect to any of the foregoing) without the prior written consent of the Required Holders

Late to the party, ya gots ta pay the premium.
The longs hold a big part of the float, and if you notice we broke out of a 3 month upward trending channel based on PRs, company updates, and some super duper DD.

On Friday we broke out of that trending channel and if you notice the beautiful stairway to heaven chart pattern, it's about to fly like and angel to heaven.. All thanks to our angel investor Andrew Garnock.

Watch for a gap up tomorrow.
