CCAA has no authority over BIOAQ as a Delaware Corporation.

They only have authority over the Canadian incorporated units.

The Delaware Bankruptcy Court will deal with BIOAQ, BIOAQ's liabilities, and the BIOAQ common shares. They will be cancelled.

That is the law.
