You still don't understand that Chapter 15 bankruptcy is about Jurisdiction and allowing foreign corporations access to the US Bankruptcy Courts.

Some seem to think that the CCAA and Chapter 15 are magical entities that are going to save the common shares and they will remain intact. LOLOL!
