Can you provide a link to any peer reviewed trials AVXL has done? I heard Missling admitted recently they didn't get genetic data from all the patients in that trial either. That would give me huge pause for concern. Just like the Teva Sigma-1 drug that showed great promise in pre-clinical models but failed in their clinical trial, just like the lack of US granted patents for their current trial drug, just like claiming every patient wanted to continue on the drug when we in fact know a dozen dropped out etc. Claiming you have the best results but never showing data of disease reversal isn't the same as actual published data.

Speaking of results. Neurotrope Inc. (NTRP), has actual results posted right here: ClinicalTrials.gov. Funny how that works.

The standard for Alzheimer’s in US is a placebo controlled trial. Ask Biogen. Anavex will not get approved without a placebo ran trial for Alzheimer’s. The results to date will not get the drug approved.

How many Alzheimer’s patients dosed?
