From the 11th Monitor's Report:

"As previously reported to the Court, the Monitor does not expect any net proceeds to be distributable to creditors other than the Secured Claimants."

That means there isn't anything for the Common shareholders - expect 100% losses.

So the secured creditors/claimants are not impaired?

Which means unsecured creditors and shareholders are okay?
Which means shares are safe?
So if PWC states that secured creditors are going to get paid back. You, I-Glow, understands & interprets their words the same, secured claimants are being paid.

But fail to realize that if secured claimants are not impaired, then other interested parties are not impaired.
