U have a link that states there’s no equity in the CCAA.... once the CCAA is dropped another transaction will occur. PwC only talks about within the CCAA.
PwC also states they “don’t anticipate” “don’t believe” on certain things which means they don’t know what the freak can happen. How can u contact FINRA about an anticipated outcome that u don’t know and believe what will happen but somehow “anticipate” what the conversations with other parties about the contracts that are only in preliminary stages...
