Well I guess that we are about to see just how accurate this previous post is. It’s going to all be uncovered now. How much confidence can the court have in the monitors opinion? It’s either the court has 100% confidence that the Monitor is accurate or the Monitor will be shown to be somewhat negligent, depending on what turns up. I sure would hate to be the Monitor that had to face the judge, letting the court know that the assumptions of little or no value was inaccurate. If PWC’s determination turns out to be incorrect, then the entire CCAA and process of the sale would be in question. Damages anyone?
