mordicai, yes I agree but feel she can add that (return of 1.4 million shares of wmih given to the underwriters to be redistributed to escrow holders?? at the hearing or addition letter.

I am glad she included the 75% distribution that the preferred could get would award them over a 100% of a claim they could not prove in the first place.

Why our Trustee gave them shares makes no sense.

In the prayer for relief, shouldn't she have explicitly asked for the return of 1.4 million shares of wmih given to the underwriters to be redistributed to escrow holders? In addition, the return of any shares distributed to the underwriters from the disputed escrow reserve? Her filing may finally reveal if there is anything left that will be distributed to escrow holders.
