Thank you trader53, If the company didn't authorize a promo and someone does it on twitter, they slap CE on it. They don't even ask the company. They just assume. Company has to take on someone else's stupidity if they didn't authorize it. Looking at the chart there was no front loading & the company never had a Reverse split so never had mass dilution. What started the price to go up was they REINSTATED ON NVSOS. People claiming P&D with no proof.
trader53, why do you think it got the ce, what brought that on? I'm searching for a reason, coming up empty. Trying to figure out what OTC Market rule that they broke to get a ce. Maybe stock promotion and not being current? what was it labeled as before the ce? Dark and Defunct? All it will take is a simply a few hundred bucks and letter from the company to OTC Markets to get the CE removed. thanks I've seen ce's removed in one day recently when companies paid the fine and sent the proper letter to OTC Markets that they require.
