Even if it whas $15 before nasdaq...offering price are much lower that's a fact...The real the value of the company on NASDAQ right now $3.65 and institutional buyers will be stupid buying the ASK here tomorrow or next week...they want discount shares not shares and will short this pps till the have what the want
