I figured you'd misinterpret the quotes from medical people, the video, the point of the entire article.

The debunking was of the misleading pictures, but not of the larger point about the lethality of the rounds fired from high velocity assault weapons.

That's probably the size of an exit would from an AR-15. The second picture is an entrance would but the person should have known the first/Top photo was an exit would unless he was ignorant like you.
