Come on the new guy, Karl, has been there since Feb 11th. There isn't even a recreational marijuana market in place in Michigan yet.

Karl's even newer than the new recreational market. He probably still has a few boxes in his office waiting to be unpacked. He's just got on the job!

I live there and have a medical marijuana card, the medical market is strong, the recreational marijuana market hasn't even started.

Let's let both, the market and the boss, mature a little before we jump all over him and claim he isn't doing anything. If in a year or two nothings happening then I'll join your chorus.
