One possible way to understand a nda is why have one and following this. visible money trail it appears to have a reason to drop share price as low as it could go to without news or p.r. as long as possible .. But why ..asking .. and reason possible is for the deal made opens up for the one making it a way to buy shares as cheap as possible and load up same as any buyer This would be more profitable if and when sold later and would increase holdings for down road .. This may only be theory But it seems the one that made the deal behind closed doors and suite that requires a intercom to enter does not answer because playing this as an observation this is what is being -allowed :-to happen and that's what I find is One good possible solution to this mystery ..
