Why is WINMQ Bankrupt? The company reported a net loss of $549.2 million or a loss of $12.92 a share in the quarter. FactSet consensus was for a per-share loss of $3.03. Not to mention a huge lawsuit loss.....

A.5.billion.revenue.company.volunteers.BK...WINMQ.lost.a.lawsuit.they didn't just "volunteer.BK out of the goodness of their heart and destroy the shareholder's $9 share price and take it to .30 cents for their good did they???
