I looked into this a bit and found that the buildings around Michelle HQ building are part of an office project called Create Tustin.

Most of the construction is at 14101 MyfordNot Avid's property) with only a small portion being at Avid's building 14191 Myford.

I think 2642 Michelle property has recently been sold. Avid is a tenant.
