There are no investments in OTC. There is speculation where musical chairs and other games are played. They prey on ignorance, greed, inexperience and laziness. They are the wizard behind the curtain, conmen and such and, if researched, many will be found as felons. Stops? "I stop at signs and red lights". Few actually use them, much less calculate. PR's are carefully worded BS in vague/ambiguous terms to avoid fraud charges.
