I reluctantly like it. I like to see whatever money that remains, 30M-40M, taken by class 18 and on paper, it looks like equity gets nothing, which will cause a big outcry and PR disaster if this is the case. I would rather take ZERO rather than get 40M divided among us. Because then what is hidden can be much more such as a few billions. I don't expect equity to receive much more than 10B, giving the value of WAMU itself compared to other banks that were seized and sold by the FDIC, and most of WAMU assets were taken for 1.9B.
