I think you hit the nail on the head with many of your points here. I do believe we've had some excellent data in the HER2 trial for canines. I think any time you can double the OS of any group, it's a big win. Why BP wasn't all over this trying to buy it is beyond me. I DO think, once Aratana gets full approval for the vaccine, it will cause BP to look again at Advaxis. If the results can be replicated in children, than we will have a winner....
There is no BIG money in canine vaccine (same goes for Anal Cancer), even as the idea to help dogs is a noble one. Even on approval the money is going to b split between ADXS and Aratana depending on the agreement.
Replicating the results in children is going to be another long and hard battle for ADXS, given how they mess up every time. Do not forget the money needed to get it from start to finish.
