So far, everything is proceeding according to the scheme described in the bottom portion of #msg-147601879. We'll find out Monday if the ADXS-PSA data presented at AACR impress investors enough to enable ADXS to raise about $40M on terms that don't annihilate existing investors.

There could be some other kind of consequential announcement prior to the financing, but I’m not banking on that.
